OUR 37th SEASON - (24th SEASON / 14th year on iRacing) - 2025 Season #1 begins February 2025.
All races are scheduled on Mondays.
Servers open at 7:30pm ET, Qualifying at 9:20pm ET . All races will be run under "league sessions".
For accurate up-to-date schedule, please go here
We will field all 3 Next-Gen Cup cars (A cars).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just like last season, 2025 Season #1 races will have 1 fast repair per race.
For the Cup Series, we will use "default weather with dynamic skies". fixed setups, 70% fuel
All sessions begin with 0% track state (in practice) and carried over to qualifying and race.
The Cup Series will use the chase format. (top 15 in points)
-Use current (A) Cup cars.
-Still 1 fast repair.
-Shorter seasons. (2 seasons per year).
-iRating 5000 max. (As far as the 5000iR, your iRating needs to be below 5000iR (oval) to start racing this season. IF an active driver exceeds 5000 during the course of the season, they will still be allowed to continue to race the remainder of the season)
-No caution warning list. (2 caused cautions in a race will still be parked for remainder of race)
-Problem drivers will be approached by admins with warning to clean it up. If problems continue after that, suspensions may be in order.
-Respect on AND off the track. (Code of Conduct)
-4.7. Provisionals: You are granted 4 provisionals (starting in 2024) for the Cup Series. If you can't make one of the races, you could use one of your provisionals that night. Your provisional will allow you to gain last place points rather than no-showing and getting 0 points. So for example: if there are 24 Racers at the race, you would get 25th place points rather than getting none at all. Provisionals MUST be called for BY 9:25pm ET on race night.
If not using a provisional, the only way to score points for the race is to start the race.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FUNDING: AMS is funded by the generosity of its members. No one is required to pay anything to race.
