Whether you sign up for 1 series or all 3, you may participate in all AMS races (full-time or part-time). 

All new (and existing) drivers are expected to familiarize yourself with the rules. We don't expect that you will memorize all of them as even the admins occasionally have to reference the rules page.
Before participating in any AMS event, it is expected that you read and agree to The Code of Conduct.

OUR 25th SEASON - 12TH SEASON (6th year) on iRacing: 2017 Season #2 (2017B) beginning August 2017

Note: The Grand National Series (b cars)  will be run on Mondays, Cup Series  on Tuesdays and Dirt Series  on Wednesdays.       

2017 Season #2 (2017B) will start  August 14-16 with the Shootouts (non-points).  The first week of points racing starts with the Daytona/Eldora races August 21-23
All drivers, new and old, are eligible to race in the Shootouts.

The Dirt Series schedule will be posted shortly, but with 4 tracks (at this time - hoping new tracks will be released next build), they will be rotated throughout the season.

Servers open at  7:30pm ET (8:30pm ET for Dirt Series), Qualifying at 9:20pm ET . All races will be run under "league sessions". 

Just like last season, 2017 Season #2 races will have 1 fast repair per race - Cup & Grand National.
Dirt - TBA
For the Grand National Series, we will continue to use iRacing's default weather for ALL races. fixed setups, 70% fuel
For the Cup Series, we will continue to use "Realistic Weather". fixed setups, 70% fuel
For the Dirt Series -
we will  use "Realistic Weather". fixed setups, 100% fuel
All sessions begin with 50% track state and not clearing marbles. Dirt - TBA (40% at this time)

FUNDING: AMS is funded by the generosity of its members. No one is required to pay anything to race.
hosting sessions/domain/Teamspeak/Championship winnings/broadcasting etc.
To help offset some of the costs, we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a Series and have the naming rights for that Series. If a couple people want to get together to sponsor a series(s), that's also an option.

To sponsor the Cup Series - at least $55.00  - Hoyt Smith and Kennan Miller will be the series sponsor with "IC3D".

                     Grand National Series - at least $45.00  -  Avery McDonald will be the series sponsor with "Nine Three Productions" 

                 Dirt Series - at least ???  -  Randy Armes will be the series sponsor with " Octane Race Products"


 The above series' sponsorship costs cover hosting costs and small championship payout.
Anything paid above that amount can be used to have a higher champion payout and/or payouts to second, third/ or broadcasting etc. Series sponsor has sole discretion.
As always, anyone is welcome to sponsor a race(s) which will give you naming rights for the race(s) and will give someone the opportunity to win cash for that race.
We also accept donations in any amount to help offset any costs. (Paypal donation link is on the home page)

All 3 series will have a non-points Shootout at the beginning of the season.
Only 2 Series will use the chase format. (top 15 in points for Cup & Grand National Series' and no Chase for the Dirt Series)

16 Dirt Series points races - fixed  - Wednesdays

5. Donations (link on home page) - Not one staff member pockets any of this money. All of this money is re-invested back into the league via hosting sessions, broadcast fees,  Teamspeak, Paypal fees etc. There are absolutely no refunds.
