2016 Season #2 (2016B) will start Aug. 15th - 17th with the Shootouts (non-points). The first week of points racing starts with the Daytona races Aug. 22nd - 24th.
All drivers, new and old, are eligible to race in the Shootouts.

To help keep The Indy Car Series our mid-week fun series, we will have 3 fast repairs per race. We may adjust that as the season progresses.
For the Truck Series and Indycar Series, we will continue to use iRacing's default weather for ALL races. fixed setups, 70% fuel
For the Cup Series, we will be using "Realistic Weather". fixed setups, 70% fuel
All sessions begin with 50% track state and not clearing marbles.
FUNDING: AMS is funded by the generosity of its members. No one is required to pay anything to race.
hosting sessions/domain/Teamspeak/Championship winnings/broadcasting etc.
To help offset some of the costs, we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a Series and have the naming rights for that Series. If a couple people want to get together to sponsor a series(s), that's also an option.
To sponsor the Cup Series - at least $40.00 ($55.00 w/ extended practice) - Dalton Baldwin will be series sponsor with "Children's Dream Racer".
Truck Series - at least $30.00 ($45.00 w/ extended practice) - Avery McDonald will be series sponsor with "Nine Three Productions".
IndyCar Series - at least $23.00 ($35.00 w/extended practice) - Chris Ostrander will be returning as series sponsor with "Fresh From Florida".
Thanks to Kennan Miller (Reid Super-Save Market) for sponsoring extended practice for all 3 series'.
The above series' sponsorship costs cover hosting costs and small championship payout.
Anything paid above that amount can be used to have a higher champion payout and/or payouts to second, third/ or broadcasting etc. Series sponsor has sole discretion.
As always, anyone is welcome to sponsor a race(s) which will give you naming rights for the race(s) and will give someone the opportunity to win cash for that race.

AMS has partnered with Digital Forge Broadcasting Network to broadcast live, The Wounded Warrior Project Cup Series races every Tuesday beginning February 23, 2016. Other series' races may be added. If a race is to be broadcasted, it will be reflected on the schedule(s).
